Henry has built his practice over the last 25 years counseling businesses, professional practice groups and non-profit organizations.  He represents clients in purchases and sales of businesses, financing, real estate, licensing, employment and compensation matters, agency representation and in succession planning.  In the late 1990s, Henry added management to his skill set, when he became Chief Executive Officer of a manufacturing client for several years.  While running the 100+ employee company, Henry experienced first-hand the many pressures facing managers competing in a global economy, something most lawyers never see in private practice.  He is highly regarded by clients for being able to tap his business skills and contacts to bring fresh collaborative approaches to client problems and opportunities.      
Henry is a summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University and a graduate of The National Law Center, The George Washington University where he served on the Law Review.  He’s been active in our community currently serving as the Chair of the Town of East Greenwich Finance Committee and on the School Building Committee.  Previously, he was Chair of the Board of the Everett Dance Theatre and also has served on the East Greenwich Charter Review Committee.
