Jamie Reavis represents businesses and individuals in connection with their general corporate needs, including acquisitions, sales and mergers, shareholder and partnership agreements, joint ventures, succession planning, obtaining capital through both debt and equity financings, contract reviews, and a variety of other general business needs. Jamie has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in complex debt financings, providers of equity financing, purchasers and lessees of hardware, software and related technology services and individuals in connection with transitioning their businesses. He also serves as an outside general counsel for many of his clients, either performing or managing their legal needs.
Prior to forming Reavis Cianciolo LLC, Jamie was a partner at one of Rhode Island’s leading law firms.
