Prior to forming Reavis Cianciolo LLC, Jamie was a partner at one of Rhode Island’s leading law firms. His practice includes representing business clients, both individuals and companies, in connection with their general corporate needs, including acquisitions, sales and mergers, shareholder and partnership agreements, joint ventures, succession planning, obtaining capital through both equity and debt financing and a variety of other general business issues. Jamie also has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in complex debt financings, providers of equity financing, purchasers and lessees of hardware, software and related technology services and individuals in connection with transitioning their business. Jamie graduated from Cornell University in 1985 with a BA in Economics and earned his law degree from The College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island (state and federal) and in Massachusetts and in the United States Supreme Court.
