Reavis Cianciolo LLC is a law firm of experienced corporate and business attorneys providing representation and advice to businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, high net-worth individuals and financial institutions. We believe we serve our clients best when we are active in the management of the entire legal function - acting as outsourced general counsel without the fixed overhead of in-house counsel. For clients with counsel on staff, we are part of the legal team, performing specific functions in close cooperation with the general counsel and management. By choice, we have remained a “boutique” law firm that has established an excellent reputation for providing sophisticated business law services to its clients. While all of the firm's partners have large law firm backgrounds, they have chosen to practice in a setting that allows them to personally oversee client matters.
